[Differentials] Conjunctiva temporal paralimbal lesion 2x2mm relatively flat, gelatinous and granulomatous, with patches of dark pigments. Does not have dry spots with NaFl. Dark pigments is under epithelium i.e. Not makeup or dirt. Not vascularised. ASx, incidental. MHx muiltiple BCC removed.
